To ensure fair access to appointments and the highest standard of care for all patients, please review our booking policy below.
Booking Policy
Appointments
All physiotherapy sessions are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked online via our booking system or by direct contact.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
✔ Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full appointment fee
✔ Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the session fee
This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other patients who may be waiting.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. The full session fee still applies.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include:

✔ Cash
✔ Electronic payment (where available)
Receipts can be provided for insurance or self-claim purposes.
Health Insurance
If you are claiming through a health insurer, please check your policy details in advance. Payment is made directly by the patient unless prior arrangements are in place.
Home Visits
Home visit appointments are available in Galway and Ennis only and are subject to availability. Please note that home visits require advance booking and may carry an additional fee.
Consent & Privacy
By attending an appointment, you consent to physiotherapy assessment and treatment. All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection regulations.
